We invite you to participate in the 11th Annual Conference of the Ukrainian Psychiatric Association with international participation“Mental Health in Ukraine: Management in Wartime and Planning for Peace”, which will be held on April 16–17, 2026, in Kyiv, Ukraine, in a hybrid format (offline and online).

We place special emphasis on safety issues and are doing everything possible to ensure that the Conference proceeds safely and without interruptions. The final programme and further logistical and safety details will be shared closer to the event date.

CERTIFICATE

Congress participants have the right to receive a certificate with BPR points in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated April 16, 2025 No. 650 “On approval of the Procedure for conducting certification of healthcare workers and amending certain orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”

Conditions for obtaining a certificate:
Successful completion of the test with the number of correct answers not less than 60%, which takes place ONLY on the day of the event until 23:59.

Presence at the event at least 70% of the time.

After successfully passing the test:
You will receive a participant certificate within 21 calendar days.

TESTING

The test will be held on April 17, 2026.

You have one attempt to pass the test.

LANGUAGE

The official languages ​​of the event are English / Ukrainian.

Some lectures in English will be translated.

The registration fee includes:

Nursing Symposium

Registration is open for nurses and medical brothers

Registration is now open for nurses and medical brothers working in the field of psychiatric care to participate in the XI Annual Conference of the Ukrainian Psychiatric Association with international participation “Mental Health in Ukraine: Wartime Management, Planning for Peace”, which will be held in Kyiv on April 16–17, 2026.

As part of the conference, a special symposium “Nurses in Psychiatry: Hidden Potential” will be held on April 16, dedicated to the role of nurses and medical brothers in the provision of psychiatric care. The symposium is planned to discuss their professional role, powers, opportunities for professional development, working conditions and the potential for more active participation in the development of modern mental health services.

Nurses and medical brothers working in the field of psychiatry and mental health are invited to participate.

Scholarships for participants

To support the participation of nurses and medical brothers, 20 scholarships are provided, which will be awarded based on the results of a competitive selection.

The scholarship covers:

compensation for travel within Ukraine (both ways) – second-class train or bus tickets;
1 night of accommodation with breakfast at a hotel near the conference venue;
registration fee for participation in the conference.

Application conditions

To participate, you must submit a motivation letter.

In the motivation letter, please briefly describe:

your professional experience;
current place of work and main professional responsibilities;
motivation to participate in the XI Annual Conference of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine.

All applications are considered by the organizing committee.

20 participants will be selected to receive scholarships, after which they will be sent confirmation of participation by e-mail.

Important

Registration for participation in the conference is open to all nurses.

After the selection and confirmation of 20 scholarship participants, registration for scholarship participation will be closed. In the future, it will be possible to participate in the conference by:

self-registration;

payment of the registration fee for offline participation.

In this case, travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organizing committee.

E-POSTERS

Share your research with conference participants! Register your POSTER by March 31, 2026 and get the opportunity to present your work to a wide range of specialists.

POSTER presentation PREPARATION and conditions:

  1. Please submit your POSTER as a 1-page file in landscape orientation.

  2. Language: Ukrainian or English.

  3. File format: JPEG

  4. All delegates can view POSTERS at any time during and after the Congress and contact their authors via email.

  5. POSTERS are accepted only from participants who have registered and paid the registration fee.

  6. POSTERS will be placed on the Congress website. Please note that by submitting your POSTER, you agree to its publication on the virtual congress platform for 6 months after the Congress.
